Line Dance Basics

​​New to line dancing? You're in the right place! You'll hear many of the same steps and terms used in different dances. Becoming familiar with a few basic steps can make learning new dances easier and help you feel more confident in class. 

Don’t worry — you don’t need to know these steps before coming to class. Line dancing is a little like learning a new language; you won’t master it in an hour. We’ll learn and practice the steps together, and the more you dance, the more familiar they’ll become.
